Getting Started

Sessions are available online, or in-person located in South Manchester.

Seeking therapy can be a daunting process; I understand the importance of finding the right relationship for you.I offer a free 30 minute phone consultation, or full length session charged at half my usual rate. A consultation session will involve a conversation about you, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to get from it - you might not know and that's ok! It will also be an opportunity for you to ask anything you want to know about me and my practice.

Individual sessions are 50 minutes long; Couples sessions are 1hr.

Cost & Pricing

My pricing works using a sliding scale. The scale is based on the Green Bottle Method - a tool of economic justice which aligns with the anti-oppressive values I hold in my practice. This system operates on a basis of trust and I will never ask for proof of income. As the sliding scale is offered in a spirit of generosity, I ask that clients use it honestly.

Please note:

In addition to the rates below, I offer a limited number of slots for people experiencing financial hardship, as well as a ‘pay it forward’ rate for those with more financial capacity to support those who may struggle to access therapy. Please feel free to ask me about either of these for more information.
